Refund Policies Handled by the Operator

Each bus operator sets their own cancellation and refund policies. The refund schedule below is the standard policy for most operators. Always check the specific operator's policy before booking, as some operators may offer different terms.

Refund Schedule

More than 24 hours before departure

100% refund - No cancellation fee

12 to 24 hours before departure

75% refund - 25% cancellation fee

6 to 12 hours before departure

50% refund - 50% cancellation fee

Less than 6 hours or No-show

No refund available

How to Cancel

Note: Your refund amount depends on your operator's cancellation policy and how close you are to departure. The refund will be calculated based on the timing of your cancellation.

  1. 1Go to "My Bookings" in your account or use your booking reference
  2. 2Find the booking you want to cancel and click "Cancel"
  3. 3Confirm the cancellation - you'll see the refund amount before confirming
  4. 4Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days

Important Notes

  • Operator-specific policies: Each operator may have different cancellation and refund terms. Check your booking confirmation for the operator's specific policy.
  • If a trip is cancelled by the operator, you will receive a full refund automatically
  • Service fees may be non-refundable in some cases
  • Partial cancellations (some seats in a booking) follow the same policy
  • Special promotions or discounted tickets may have different cancellation terms
