100% refund - No cancellation fee
12 to 24 hours before departure
75% refund - 25% cancellation fee
6 to 12 hours before departure
50% refund - 50% cancellation fee
Less than 6 hours or No-show
No refund available
How to Cancel
- 1Go to "My Bookings" in your account or use your booking reference
- 2Find the booking you want to cancel and click "Cancel"
- 3Confirm the cancellation - you'll see the refund amount before confirming
- 4Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days

- •If a trip is cancelled by the operator, you will receive a full refund automatically
